As many of you know I recently attended the Ritz Charles Bridal Show last month. Normally I wouldn't blog about attending a Bridal Show, but when I received the Advertising Packet for next year's show (2009) I just had to post this!!!
While the design and photography could use a little bit of a redesign, needless to say I made the cover. How much fun... I'd like to give the couple in the photo beside me a $200 wedding album credit just for fun!
If anyone knows them - do let them know!!
Enjoy~

The Davis Family
Oh, the Davis Family! This family is near and dear to my heart. My sister (Marlo Cookston/Davis) married into this lovely family several years back. I also went to school and played varsity soccer with Joe Davis at AU. So, needless to say I shot a gazillion images for these happy people!
They were actually all packed up for their family vacation which they were leaving for right after the session. The lighting was perfect and all the little ones did sooo well!
Thanks again Davis Family!

Michael and Jenna
These two were so easy to work with. On the day of their wedding lightening struck the church where we were shooting and all the power went out! The sound system and the lighting board blew out when the bolt hit. So, there we were with emergency lights in the sanctuary and no sound or lighting system for shooting. Luckily they were able to manually turn a few lights on for us and away we went!
I never heard them once complain about the situation or even start to worry! The ceremony was beautiful and all the music was acoustic due to the sound being down. :) After yet ANOTHER storm rolled through the Country Club, where the reception was being held, the weather finally cleared. The walls came down off the reception tent and I was able to shoot some fantastic images for them!
Thanks again to Michael and Jenna for being such wonderful clients to work with!
